About

Welcome to my blog, it’s great to have you here!

I’m excited to share my journey with you. I work as a dedicated support worker and life coach. I’m passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals. I also foster personal growth. This passion extends to my role within my local Scouts group. I have the privilege of leading 95 youth, including two of my own children. I guide 30 adult volunteers in developing essential skills and a strong sense of community. Nurturing potential, whether in personal well-being or leadership, is at the core of what I do.

My career path has been unique. After spending time in prison 15 years ago, I worked in construction for many years. Recently, I made a significant change to become a corrections support worker. I’m also proud to say I’ve been 16 years sober from drug addiction.

Living with Borderline Personality Disorder and Complex PTSD has presented its challenges. Nonetheless, it has also given me a unique perspective. Additionally, I have developed a deep empathy for others.

Beyond my professional and volunteer commitments, I’m a proud father of three. This truly grounds my focus on nurturing future generations. When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll often find me in the great outdoors. I may be camping under the stars or enjoying a peaceful fishing trip. Family activities are central to my life. I also channel my creativity into graphic design, a fulfilling hobby that allows me to explore visual communication and unwind. Additionally, I dedicate time to reading and personal development, always striving to learn and grow.

I look forward to sharing more of my experiences, insights, and lessons learned with you. add another page.
