How often do you walk or run?

Confession time: I Don’t Walk or Run Enough, and I Know I’m Not Alone

I see the posts of friends and influencers hitting the pavement before sunrise. They’re logging kilometers with impressive consistency. I feel a pang of… well, not exactly guilt, but a sense of “I should be doing that.” The truth is, I struggle to find the time, the motivation, or quite often, a healthy mix of both.

My days are a whirlwind of work, errands, and a never-ending to-do list. By the time I finally sit down, I’m too exhausted to lace up my sneakers. Heading back out the door feels overwhelming. The couch calls my name, promising a much-needed break, and it’s a siren song I find hard to resist.

I know I need to change. I know that even a 20-minute walk can clear my head, boost my energy, and improve my mood. I know it’s one of the simplest and most accessible forms of exercise. Despite this, I just can’t seem to make it a consistent habit.

So, I’m turning to you, my wonderful community. Let’s talk about this.

How often do you walk or run?

Where do you prefer to fit it into your day? Are you a morning person who gets it done before the world wakes up? A lunch-break stepper? Or do you wind down with a walk in the evening?

Drop your answers in the comments below. Let’s share our struggles and our successes. Maybe by talking about it, we can all find a little more motivation to get moving.
